BAROSSA VILLAGE URBAN
REGENERATION PROJECT
We provide ongoing planning and design services and advice to Barossa Village across all their sites.
Most recently we have been engaged to provide feasibility, design and master planning services for the regeneration of their existing aged care facility in Nuriootpa. This exciting project requires ESD to provide expert sustainability advice, design concepts for the renovation of existing dwellings, increased opportunities for connectivity through the site.
URBAN INFILL PROJECT - UNDERDALE
ESD has been involved with the provision of planning advice, pre-application discussions with Council, design input and the preparation of a Development Application.
The site has some complex interface constraints and is within an area designed for urban renewal. The project has involved liaison with Council's Engineering & Works Department, the EPA and planning staff.
