Since taking the leap from being a Development Assessment Coordinator at Barossa Council 1 year ago, Elinor and Georgia, have began to build a successful consulting business and have a been engaged by various clients to undertake both planning and design services.

ESD Planning & Design has been trusted to co-ordinate a number of significant and exciting projects which includes the master planning and design concepts for Barossa Village regeneration project.

We provide the full range of planning services from pre-purchase and the provision of due diligence assessments,  project management, Development Approval applications, representation at Council's Assessment Panel's/ SCAP through to expert witness and mediation services at the Environment Resources and Development Court.

We undertake expert planning and design projects within all of South Australia and Victoria.
