ESD Planning & Design is a Barossa Valley based consulting practice that specialises in town planning, urban design, project management of development applications, environmental planning and graphic design. We offer a range of town planning services from detailed site plans, lodgement of non-complying development applications, through to provision of expert witness statements for Environment, Resources and Development Court (ERD).

Elinor has a unique diversity of experience within the planning industry in South Australia and Victoria, which encompasses, statutory, strategic and environmental planning. Having undertaken additional tertiary education in Architecture, Urban Design and Interior Design, she is well placed to provide expert design input through the lens of urban planning. Her experience over the last 20 years in the public and private sector has given her well rounded and unusually diverse skill set, which enables her to achieve pragmatic and well designed planning outcomes. She is recognised within the industry as being an ethical and solution focused planner and is passionate about achieving good planning outcomes for all private and public sector clients.

GEORGIA SEDMAN
AD (Graphic Design)
Georgia is a talented and qualified Graphic Designer, having recently completed her degree at RMIT University, Melbourne. She brings her previous experience within the building industry, including Fairmont Homes and Ross Griffin Homes in WA, which has provided her with practical and translatable skills into the presentation of master and structure plans. Georgia has excellent communication skills and is committed to exceeding clients expectations. Recently, she was engaged by the Transport Accident Commission to prepare a raft of organisational report and presentation templates which has formed part of their communications strategy and has been contracting to Intrepid Travel as part of the Graphic Design team.
